David  London started London Law LLC to put his many years of experience (33 years and counting!) to work for his individual and business clients. He  is focused on providing superior client service for your convenience  and success. 

David  is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University, where he majored in  History, Economics and Spanish. He then attended law school at The  University of Chicago, where he graduated with honours. Later in life, he  received a Master's Degree in History from the University of Colorado.

David  began his career at two of Washington, DC's largest law firms, Arent  Fox and Latham & Watkins, where he received unparalleled training as  a real estate and business lawyer. He then went to work for several  different companies. He has been Assistant General Counsel at a private  telecommunications investment firm and a Senior Attorney at The Nature  Conservancy where he was the lead lawyer on the largest real estate  transaction in the organization's  history. More recently, he  was General Counsel of Main Street Power, a Boulder-based  solar energy  developer later acquired by AES, and NexCore Group, a nationwide medical  real estate developer. He has handled several billion dollars' worth of  real estate, business, corporate and finance transactions in the course  of his career.

David is admitted to practice in Colorado and  currently holds inactive status in Maryland  and retired status in the District of  Columbia. He has taken the Colorado Bar Association's 40-hour mediation  training course so he can offer mediation services to his clients.  He  lives in Boulder, Colorado with his family and enjoys hiking, road  trips, reading, and following his favourite professional and collegiate  sports teams.
